後來的後來，我終於瞭解為什麼網路上找不太到 Windows 上的安裝教學，因為，不管是安裝 ruby 安裝 git 安裝 RedCloth 什麼的，在 Linux 的 Ubuntu 上面，根本只是打幾個勾勾、按一個按鈕的事情，要在 Ubuntu 上設定實在是太簡單了，誰會像我這樣，大費周章的用 Windows 來折磨自己呀 orz

前陣子菜鳥為了強迫自己念書，加入了 Rails Guides 的正體中文志願翻譯計畫，沒想到，光是翻譯，就得先搞懂一堆技術上的設定細節，害我頭大了好一陣子。
後來，在計畫主持人的幫助之下，終於搞定，順便做了筆記。如果有人要加入 Rails Guides 的翻譯，而且程度跟我一樣菜，而且一樣很可恥的用 Windows 作業系統的話，那麼可以參考以下的步驟設定：
Rails Guides Translation Project Setup for Windows User
1.安裝Ruby
http://rubyinstaller.org/
(下載後執行)
2.安裝Ruby Development-Kit
http://github.com/oneclick/rubyinstaller/wiki/Development-Kit
(依照頁面指示，下載，並且做一堆步驟)
3.安裝RedCloth
gem install RedCloth
4.安裝i18n
gem install i18n
5.安裝Erubis
gem install --remote erubis

6.安裝Git

7.產生SSH keys

8.設定Windows上的斷行
git config --global core.autocrlf true
9.fork翻譯專案

10.產生html檔案
到docrails\railties\guides\底下
ruby rails_guides.rb LOCALE=zh_tw
11.把翻譯結果丟上github

(上面沒寫到的commit指令：git commit -a -m '你的訊息')
(不要去github做pull request這個步驟，它預設會丟給一大堆人，一個一個取消勾選很煩，所以用e-mail通知ihower就好了)
12.隨時更新本機檔案
git pull upstream master
